Not very often music hits me this hard. Been on repeat since it's discovery. I'm very grateful I found SOM. Simply incredible. The Anthropophobia Project
This album breaks conventions with most post-metal. It at once can be played next to shoegaze then breaks out into a fury of aggression and still remain catchy. For my money Rosetta are at the top of the food chain. After all the amazing albums Rosetta has, it boggles the mind that they can still innovate and surprise me. I love that I can play this next bands as diverse as Ride, Slowdive, Joy Division, The Cure, Godflesh, and Neurosis. It's a pure delight on the ears. Bryon Wilson
Album that is mostly stripped of the heaviness to bring you a laid-back, melodic approach to post-metal. I absolutely love the string opera that is created here. The subtle side of Rosetta is probably the best side. FLESH MECHANIC
This DC shoegaze group work like fog, bringing in ephemeral melodic layers that swirl together to become something surprisingly heavy. Bandcamp New & Notable May 23, 2018
Blood Relative is Publicist's latest post-punk salvo from the Forgive Yourself LP, steered by Zachary Lipez's unnerving baritone. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 17, 2015
This review is long overdue. This album right here is the album that finally pulled me out of the "commercial" music world and into the world of the raw, experimental, and sincere. An amalgamation of everything I love about post-metal and hardcore taken to a mathy, heavy, ambient extreme. brineryte
